PINEAPPLE

Two layers of fabric, one stretch and one

non-stretch, fused with a diagonal grid

of silicon. Top half of each diamond is cut

on silicon line to create pineapple effect.

VERMICELLI

Silicon is pushed from the back through

pre-embroidered net, resulting in small

beads resembling vermicelli beading.

APPLIQUE

Two or more layers of fabric

fused together with silicon, then

cut away. I applied colored foil

to the sunset applique to achieve

the blue and gold bands.
